Stouffer Street Residence

This 1950’s single family home was built with the intent to delineate space with physical partitions which created a very dark interior with narrow passageways and a disconnected layout. Our client being a real estate investor required the redesign of this home to suite not only the baby-boomer population but also the millennial population in terms of design aesthetic and functionality. 

Creating a more open concept main floor layout we increased the usable floor area and gained more natural sunlight. The open layout was designed  for greater range of functionality, user suitability and comfort.
