URBAN Heritage Suites

This circa 1865 Italianate heritage home was renovated and restored to a high end standard of design. The upper suite being a rental income suite was designed using commercial grade finishes for durability and high end visual aesthetic. Sustainability and responsible renovation practices were implemented by re-purposing construction materials, donating old interior fixtures and millwork to divert waste from landfill and sourcing fixtures and finishes from organization like Habitat for Humanity.
