In order to accommodate an evolving and growing office population a complete redesign was undertaken to address the need for increased number of work stations, hoteling stations and breakout/plug in areas for informal meetings and brainstorming. Block planning and schematic design was completed through user/owner meetings with the design team. Each department was taken into account when reorganizing the layout. Room for growth was addressed as well as the need for “hotel” work stations for part time remote employees. Contributions of each member facilitated the development of a highly unique and functional result. Flex space was created to allow for brainstorming and recharging. Allowing the employees more control over how they work in order to facilitate greater productivity. All private offices, meeting rooms and break-rooms were reorganized to increase functionality and flow.
